10 AM - 2 PM MT (Local Time)

3 Hour Workshop, Followed by 1 hour Lunch

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.

What to bring?

Water, journal, comfy layers to move in, anything cozy for grounding (shawl, socks). All arts materials will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

No dance or art experience needed - just bring your curiosity!

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel by December 24, 2025 for full refund.

After the 24th, your payment becomes a $150 USD credit towards a future retreat, workshop or private session with Zoë.
