Read the quick FAQs ↓

  • This is a half-day expressive arts retreat — a gentle, creative reset that blends grounding meditation, visualization, guided movement, art/journaling, and an integration circle. It’s designed to help you reconnect with your inner resources, intuition, and creative aliveness… without pressure or performance.

  • For sensitive, thoughtful humans who want to feel more grounded, more open, and more connected to themselves. Come if you’ve been feeling stressed, stuck, disconnected, or just craving a nourishing container to reset and create. You don’t need to be “artistic” or experienced — just willing.

  • We’ll move through a simple arc:

    • Grounding + somatic arrival

    • Creative practice (art/journaling prompts to integrate)

    • Guided movement exploration (expressive, beginner-friendly)

    • Sharing + closing circle

Lunch is included, with time to relax and connect.

  • Not at all. This is process-based, not skill-based. No choreography, no “good art,” no performing. Everything is invitational. You can participate gently and at your own pace.

  • No — music is just the atmosphere. While the photo shows Zoë with a guitar, this retreat is focused on expressive arts: movement, meditation, creative process, and integration. (You may have a moment where you are invited to make sounds, or sing — but it’s not a music class.)

  • Bring water, a journal + any art supplies you want, and comfortable layers you can move in. If you love extra coziness, bring socks, a shawl, or a small blanket. All arts materials will be provided

  • We’ll focus on one chakra/portal for the day (most likely Root — grounding, safety, vitality, belonging). After you reserve your spot, you’ll have the option to share which chakra you’re most drawn to, and I’ll announce the final focus.

  • No — not at all. I’ll guide everything gently and translate it into everyday language. You can approach it as psychology, emotion, creativity, spirituality, or simply a grounding theme for the day.

  • It’s held at Hidden Leaf in Todos Santos. After you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with exact directions, arrival instructions, and what to expect (including parking/entry details).

  • Payment in full ($150 USD) reserves your spot. Because this is a small group experience and lunch is included, capacity is limited.

  • Cancel by December 24, 2025 for a full refund. After that date, your payment becomes $150 credit toward a future workshop, retreat, or private session with Zoë.

  • Yes — if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to gift or transfer your spot to a friend (just email/message Zoë with their name + email so we can update the list and lunch count).

  • Yes — this is a mini taste of Mariposa: The Art of Becoming, held at Hidden Leaf (where the full retreat will be). It’s a smaller, simpler doorway into the same spirit: Be All Your Selves.

Note: This isn’t a music workshop, though a little music may weave in, and there will be a playlist at times as part of the container — our main focus is embodied practice, expression, and integration.
