I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy from CIIS (California Institute of Integral Studies) and a BA in Art from Oberlin College.
I was born and bred in Brooklyn, with many years of professional training as an actor, improvisor and dancer.
I have been an avid multimedia blogger since 2012, when I started ZOELAB 365 blogging every day for a year. On my blog, I am transparent about my own healing journey, my multimedia creative products & process and my experiences with my husband and son living off the grid in the Baja desert.
This multifaceted site is for anyone who wants to bring more creativity, inspiration, empowerment, authenticity and vulnerability into your life.
