  TRAINING

  I have a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy (which makes use of all of the creative therapies: art, music, dance, writing & drama) from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and have been a healer and teacher for over 10 years.

  I am also a certified Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, and love to work with energy and the body in conjunction with the mind and emotions. I enjoy helping people of all ages, including children, of all walks of life and sexual orientations and identities.

In my work, I create a very safe, compassionate & confidential space and hold the belief that you are already whole, and it is my job to listen, support and guide you into your own deepest wisdom, and most authentic and empowered self. I also share many different tools, exercises and techniques to help support your self-understanding and expansion.
