I have a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy (which makes use of all of the creative therapies: art, music, dance, writing & drama) from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, and have been a healer and teacher for over 10 years.
I am also a certified Reiki Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, and love to work with energy and the body in conjunction with the mind and emotions. I enjoy helping people of all ages, including children, of all walks of life and sexual orientations and identities.

I also share many different tools, exercises and techniques to help support your self-understanding and expansion.
