I am Zoë, and I am here to ignite your creative fire and guide you into being all your selves.
My life's mission is to inspire & support you in living your deepest potential and highest purpose.
I offer intuitive counseling, creativity coaching, online creativity courses & challenges, expressive arts workshops and custom retreats in Todos Santos, Mexico.
My philosophy and methodology is a blend of my training in the fields of psychology, the arts, education & spirituality. I have a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Expressive Arts Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Art from Oberlin College.
I was born and bred in Brooklyn, with years of professional training as an actor, improvisor and dancer. I have been an avid multimedia blogger since 2012, when I started ZOELAB 365 blogging every day for a year. On my blog, I am transparent about my own healing journey, my multimedia creative process and experiences with my husband and son living off the grid in the Baja desert.
This multifaceted site is for anyone who wants to bring more creativity, inspiration, empowerment, authenticity and vulnerability into your life.
